General Purpose:
Coordinate sales related matters with law enforcement dealers, distributors, individual officers, and departments serving as a liaison between the factory and outside sales.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
  • Liaison for all LE sales related matters within District Sales Managers for dealers and distributors.
  • Liaison for all LE sales problems and resolutions with the Asst. National Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate LE sales with planning and production departments to meet delivery requests
  • Coordinate the completion of engraving, special requests, and daily orders with LE agencies and LE distributors
  • Process New Item number requests with the planning department
  • Update CRM with new order information and other necessary items
  • Liaison for LE matters between District Sales Managers and the factory
  • Assist customers with complaints, arbitrate disputes or resolve grievances.
  • Support GLOCK management with projects and research, as needed.
  • Review law enforcement orders to ensure that all proper documentation is included to process order.
  • Respond to customer phone calls and letters inquiring about GLOCK products.
  • Assist the Customer Service Department by taking customer service and technical phone calls, as needed.
  • Answer any order-related calls from law enforcement individuals or departments and distributors.
  • Key LE Distributor stock orders as needed.
  • Work closely with the Asst. National Sales Manager and the District Managers to resolve any problems with customers.
  • Maintain Sales reports
  • Ability to use critical thinking skill to assess and resolve customer needs quickly, accurately, and consistently.
  • A thorough understanding of the core processes used in the LE Sales programs

Education and/or Experience:
2- 4 years related experience and/or training

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent Data Entry skills, accurately type 30 – 50 words per minute

Ability to effectively organize time and multitask numerous projects as well as understand multiple products

A Team player who possesses the ability to work effectively independently as well as with customers, co-workers and management

Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed

Experience with MS Work/Excel/PowerPoint, MS Dynamics or similar

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit at a desk for an extended period of time. The employee is regularly required to use fingers and hands to type on computer keyboard. Occasionally required to lift and carry boxes up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment:
The work environment primarily requires the employee to work inside in a climate controlled administrative office setting and dress appropriately as set by the GLOCK company policies. Work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation and may be asked to work overtime and weekends when needed for special programs or events.

Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may require some work outside of these hours.
